When deployed they form wide open loops for fast and easy application in any situation. Perfect for when carrying multiple sets of handcuffs isn't an option.
Once applied and tightened down to size squeezing the additional compression lock buttons provides an extra layer of security. ASP Tri-Fold restraints are disposable in application so much be cut off to remove, we recommend the ASP Scarab Cutter as the easiest and safest way to do this.
