ASP Scarab Disposable Restraint Cutter

The ASP Scarab is the first compact folding lightweight cutter designed specifically for the safe removal of any plasticuff disposable restraints including ASP's own Tri-fold restraints.

The only way to remove disposable restraints is to cut them off. The concealed blade in the Scarab avoids the safety issue and risk of injury using a traditional blade can cause. Once they've been used they fold away and can be attached to a keyring loop.
