How we'll send your order.
Any orders completed before 12pm for items that are in stock will be shipped on the same working day. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following day, any item that is out of stock or requires customisation may take up to 7 days for despatch. Delivery times will be entirely dependent on the shipping service you select at checkout. Any mainland UK orders under 2kg will have the option of Standard 2nd class delivery with Royal Mail and express delivery with Parcelforce, any orders over 2kg will be shipped by Parcelforce only. Please note that as both our offices and warehouse are closed from 2pm Friday until 9am Monday no orders will be processed or shipped during this time.
All of our Parcelforce deliveries are tracked from end to end, a signature will be required upon delivery. Parcelforce next day services are only available to mainland UK addresses excluding the Scottish Highlands. For the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and all other offshore addresses where we operate an express 2 day service. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available at extra cost; please contact our sales team for more information. International delivery times vary between 3-10 working days depending on the delivery location. In some cases shipments may be passed to a third party company to complete the delivery once it has reached the destination country.
Royal Mail Economy
All of our domestic services with Royal Mail are now tracked using their 2D barcodes, while this service does not track parcels throughout the network it does track both delivery attempts and provides delivery confirmation if needed. Please note that if your item doesn't arrive within the specified time these parcels are not considered lost until 15 working days have passed, once 15 working days have passed we will provide a replacement item via a tracked service. We regret we cannot refund standard items that are lost, or send replacements before the 15 working days have passed.
International deliveries are not tracked as standard, our international economy service can take between 7 and 21 working days for delivery depending where in the world you are located. Please note that if your item doesn't arrive within the specified time international economy shipments are not considered lost until 31 working days have passed, we regret we cannot refund items that are lost, or send replacements before this period has passed.
Please note that if you are ordering from outside of the United Kingdom import and handling charges may apply to your order. In this instance the buyer will be responsible for any and all duties, taxes, levies, handling charges and outlays of any kind levied by the respective local authorities and or shipping agents. How the import duty is charged may vary depending on each countries individual custom policies and the local delivery agent.

Express international rates from Parcelforce start from as little as £19.50 but will vary depending on your location.
If you are not happy with your order from Protec Supplies for any reason you can send it back to us for an exchange or a full refund providing you return the item to us within 14 days of reciept.
We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible but please allow 5 working days for processing, our office staff will only attempt to contact you if there is a problem, if at any point you would like an update on the status of a return please contact our sales team on 0151 548 0144. To help us process your return as quickly as possible please follow the guidelines below.
- All returns must be accompanied by the supplied returns form.
- Items should be returned in the same condition as they arrived, you have a duty of care to look after the item while it is in your possession.
- Customers are responsible for return costs.
- We suggest all returns are done using a registered postal service. MC Products UK Ltd is not responsible for returned items that do not reach us.
