TCH Handcuff Reducers
Manufactured by TCH cuffs and compatible with all of their available models. The handcuff reducer is used when detaining a person or child with small wrists when the standard ratchet system won't go small enough. Two per pack, it is a simple but secure rubber insert placed inside the handcuff loop.

Work just fine but expensive for what they are. Be sure to push them against the hinge rivet so they don't foul the swing arm.
