Christmas Opening Hours

Our store will remain open working our usual business hours up to December 21st when we will be closing early at 12pm. Our warehouse and offices will then remain closed over the holidays until we re-open January 3rd 2024,

If you have a problem with an order placed whilst we're closed or have an urgent inquiry you can email our customer support team through our live chat icon or directly at [email protected]. If you do email the team, please be patient with us, the support team will be working reduced hours from home over the holiday and could take a little longer than usual to get back to you.

Christmas Delivery and Last Posting Dates

All orders placed before 12pm on the 21st will be dispatched on the same day.

Orders placed whilst we are closed

Although our store will remain online, our warehouse and office will be closed from mid day on the 21st of December and the 2nd of January. While you are still able to order during this time please note that no orders will be processed while we are closed. All orders placed while we're closed will be processed in date order and shipped out on your selected Economy or Express service when we return on January 3rd 2024.

Christmas Returns

We know that a lot of purchases made during December will be gifts for friends and loved ones, because of this we are extending our usual 14 day returns policy to cover the holidays. Any purchase made in December will be eligible for a return or exchange up to January 14th 2024.
