The Lowa Renegade II GTX MID TF Boots
A new and improved version of the classic LOWA Renegade tactical boot, the Renegade II is a high-performance mid-boot with full-grain leather uppers, LOWA Patrol soles, and Gore-Tex® membrane linings. These boots are also made using an upper design that provides its wearer with additional stability and support, making them ideal for use on rugged and uneven landscapes.
This combination of features alone would be enough to create a boot that is not only functional but comfortable too, and yet Lowa have only scratched the surface of what the LOWA Renegade II as a Patrol Boot has to offer.
The original LOWA Renegade is a favourite amongst those who enjoy the outdoors and are commonly worn by hikers, backpackers and trekkers. The Renegade II takes what made the original so popular and amplifies these features to create a tactical boot that is even better-suited to outdoor pursuits.
For instance, the upper supporting the wearer’s ankle is complemented by a sturdy joint-stabilising feature that supports their sole and heel, as well as a raised sole support frame that improves grip and off-road comfort.
Perfect for police officers, security professionals, military, and emergency services personnel, the black LOWA Renegade II boots are a versatile mid-weight boot and is a certified working boot: according to EN ISO 20347:2012. The boot has a lot to offer.
In addition to cleated, oil resistant outsoles and anti-static, energy absorbing heels, these patrol boots also have water-resistant uppers and are insulated to provide protection against temperatures as low as -20°C and as high as high as 150°C. The outsole of the Renegade II tactical boot can even withstand direct exposure to 300°C temperatures for at least 1 minute!
