TCH handcuffs are made in the UK to the highest industry standards using best materials available. Once deployed the handcuffs lock firmly in to their rigid position which can only be released using the included standard issue handcuff key.

Spec:

  • 3 independently moving ratchet bars
  • 6 teeth on each bar
  • Locking positions - 25
  • 17% larger internal circumference than standard models
  • Rotating arm backloads for speed cuffing
  • Precision engineering ensures rotating arm swings through the handcuff, engaging the ratchet bars every time

  • Two standard keys are provided with each handcuff
  • Full compliance with the strength requirements of N.I.J Standard 0307.01

  • Best in the TCH range in my opinion. These are the usual exceptional quality you come to expect from TCH. Can be carried either with a special lower profile belt holder in the folded position or carried pre-opened as you would a pair of 840. So this should make them more adaptable for covert and overt operations. The distance between the cuff bracelets is slightly more than the 840, so they are more comfortable for larger people when their hands are behind their back palms facing out. But the larger distance could mean a rear-stack could be more uncomfortable or painful. Front stack is fine. Very impressed. I bet cost is the only reason these are not standard issue for police.
