Live Chat allows you to chat with an experienced member of staff in real time using your Web browser. This means that there are no delays in getting the help you need.
To chat, simply click on the blue bar at the bottom of the screen where it states “Online – Click here to chat” and a small window will pop upon your screen. After a moment, a representative will introduce him or herself. Type in your question, hit the Submit button and begin your conversation.
We only use experienced and knowledgeable staff to support our live chat. This means that the service isn’t available at all times. If the service isn’t available when you are on the site the blue bar will state “Off line - leave a message&rdquo. Click the blue bar and you can leave a message that will go direct to an experienced member of staff.
Our support staff include former 999 staff with experience of design and manufacturing our products.
Remember – when the Chat is live, unlike email, there are no delays so you receive an immediate answer. If you do have to leave a message, your question will go to a member staff who can answer your query in detail.
