When training with handcuffs it is possible that repetition and applying the cuffs multiple times to the same area can lead to injury or even bruising.The TCHNCG is a neoprene wrist protector with reinforced padding over key pressure points of wrist to aid in handcuff training. Each pack comes with a pair of protectors and is fully machine washable.

These are a great idea. The padding is nice and thick in the important places to prevent damage to wrists and - more to the point - the delicate nerves inside just below the skin.
My wrists are quite small and even the "small" size is rather baggy. Therefore they sometimes catch the swing arm of the cuffs, but that's a minor point. These are definitely worth having for your health and safety.
