"I purchased this holder from this site a while back. Its a quality product with decent stitching and matches my hi-viz vest perfectly. Trouble is, its too small to take most smart phones. I have a sony xperia s and although the width of the pouch is fine due to its expanding side's, I can't fasten the velcro hood. I found other uses for the pouch so I kept it but if I didn't I would have returned it. There is a larger version which you can purchase on this site but it appears it isn't available in hi-viz yet. Bit disappointing considering the majority of officers I know have smartphones and wear hi-viz vests!"
